Whole genome viral sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). Our workflow covers sample preparation, sequencing and downstream sequence analysis, supporting applications such as virus identification, stock characterization and genomic comparisons.
Determination of the amount of infectious virus particles using cell-based endpoint titrations and plaque assays (TCID₅₀/mL or PFU/mL). The most appropriate method is selected according to the virus, cell system and intended application.
