Existing assays and tailored assay development in a wide range of cell lines. Beyond conventional cell cultures, we offer advanced in vitro models that more closely reproduce the physiological environment of viral infection. These include for example air–liquid interface (ALI) cultures for respiratory viruses.
Selected antiviral candidates can be further investigated to understand how and at which stage they interfere with viral infection or replication. We combine complementary assays to support mode-of-action and target characterization.
